The Samsung Moment is Sprint's and Samsung's first go round with the Android Operating system created by Google. This linux based operating system for smartphones has seen a surge in popularity and I must say it does not disappoint. Move over windows mobile here comes the Samsung Moment.

You can now get a used Samsung Moment for sale, a new one, or a refurbished one. Depending on the type of budget you are working with. Buying used cell phones is often an over looked option and I highly recommend giving the purchase of at least a refurbished Moment as a kind of middle of the road compromise. Apparently there is a minor glitch in the Android system in the way it reads the battery meter. But here is the rub, once it gets down to 15% it can stay there for hours and hours on end. Meaning you have more battery life than the phone really indicates.
Usually this can be remedied by having two full charges and complete drainage. At that point the battery meter reading application should reset and begin reading the battery correctly. If you bought your Samsung Moment used or maybe new at a location that maybe an authorized dealer, a replacement battery may be necessary. With a properly functioning battery you should get 330 minutes of talk time. Though I've learned not to hold cell phone manufacturers to this.
This Samsung also features a 3.0 megapixel camera that auto focuses itsself. Thats right, a digital camera on a cell phone that focuses itself. You got to love modern technology! Throw in digital video capture, global positioning system aka GPS, navigation, wifi connection for when you want to browse the internet on a wireless network. It has a slot for extended memory and the icing on the cake, visual voicemail.
